What is new

Fresh new user interface πŸ›

Since the beginning we have been perfectionists about our user interface as we know it has a great impact in our users experience.

To support the upcoming features, we have rebuilt our UI from scratch and now it supports 100% all devices in every features (from mobile to larger desktops).

More widgets, more dashboards πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ

You will find a bunch of new widgets across CENTRIX and you will also find the renewed Dashboards area that will be welcoming a new set of resources now and in the following months.

We have also invested a lot of effort on fine-tunning existing widgets and adding support for time travel on most of them.

10-100x faster than v1 πŸš€

Yep, you are reading it right 😎. We got our hands dirty and we made a breakthrough change in the technology behind CENTRIX analytics engine.

You will notice that everything is way faster, from the Dashboards and Reports to the most demanding features like Analytics 360.

This was actually the main driver for this version and prepares CENTRIX for the next versions.

PWA + Android App (soon) πŸ“±

If you are using CENTRIX in a desktop or Android device, you will be able to install our PWA (that is basically a shortcut to CENTRIX with native look and feel).

We will also make available CENTRIX in the Play Store in the beginning of next year. Stay tuned!

Added double menu for faster navigation

Added Customers Dashboard with curated widgets

Added ability to edit customer categories directly in profile

Added ability to create and manage sales filters and grouping without the need to upload a file

Added Sales Rep Mode to allow a team leader to also have a sales rep role (you can view every customer data or just your customers base)

Added ability to update customers coordinates when verifying visits (this feature must be turned on by an admin)

Added ability to update an activity date with our newly fluent update option (when creating or viewing)

Updated Reports with new filters and increased overall speed

Updated the Quote form so that you can create one on a single step (before you have to fill two pages of information)

Updated the Customer Agreements form (it will now only prompt for a "From" level as the "To" was redundant). We also updated the graph (the new one is way more accurate)

Updated the Team Goal form to make it easier to create as we found some users struggled to get by the process

Moved the Sales Rep customer assigning to the Customer Profile

Moved all import options next to the feature belonging to it (for example: the import brand families option is now next to the brand management feature)
